Monday-Friday from 530pm-630 pm learn obstacle technique mixed in with some good old fashioned conditioning from a certified obstacle course racing coach! This class is all levels whether are are new to fitness looking for a fun and engaging workout or if you are a seasoned OCR racer. Class is included with any drop in or multi-visit pass. No pre-signup required for the Mon-Fri Obstacle Class. Just show up or book with your Fitset pass.
