Our kids classes will help develop confidence, improve cardiovascular health, strength and stamina, all in a fun and safe environment. Our certified Ninja Fitness Trainers will lead participants through a combination of age appropriate technical skill development on the obstacles as well as fitness focused games, friendly competitions and drills. Ages 6-10 & 11-15. 15 and up can go in the adult program.
