Full Setup & Takedown
We arrive early and setup the entire obstacle course and completely take it down at the end of the event. No extra help required by staff or volunteers.

Our Packages
All of our packages are designed to fit your needs, and are made up of obstacles for all ages and fitness levels. Packages include transportation costs for locations up to 1 hour away from our Edmonton facility, and include professional set-up and teardown. Our Fitset Ninja staff will be on site to manage the course for you. It really is the ultimate, hassle free ninja experience.

Starter Package: $2,250
Our starter package is perfect for creating the ninja experience at a small to mid-sized event.
Specifics:
- Can accommodate up to 300 people per day
- Up to 4 hours of course time
- Set up and tear down
- 50ft obstacle course including multiple balance obstacles & rollers, Z-Wall, ninja rings, monkey bars, A-frame wall, and more.
- One aluminum truss ninja rig for participants to swing through on various grips & hanging obstacles.
- Safety matting
Ultimate Package: $3,750
The ultimate package is for those who want to experience everything we have to offer! A full day course that can accommodate a large event and includes our 10' warped wall!
Specifics:
- Can accommodate up to 500 people per day
- Up to 7 hours of course time
- Set up and tear down
- 150ft obstacle course including multiple balance obstacles & rollers, Z-Wall, ninja rings, monkey bars, A-frame wall, and more.
- Three aluminum truss ninja rigs for participants to swing through on various grips & hanging obstacles.
- Our 10' warped wall is included
- Safety matting
Stat Holiday Surcharge: For all bookings taking place on a stat holiday (e.g. Canada Day), there will be a $1000 surcharge in addition to the base package cost.
Expecting a huge turnout? Add on our Additional Capacity package to accommodate up to an additional 500 participants per day above the base package amount!

Why should I choose Fitset Ninja?
Fitset Ninja offers the best, most unique experience for your event in Edmonton! We provide an incredibly fun, memorable and safe environment for everyone 5 years and up to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere.
What should our participants pack for the day?
- Gym attire (shorts or athletic pants/joggers and a t-shirt).
- Clean, athletic shoes (not muddy)
- Suncreen and a hat
- Water
- If chilly, additional layers to stay warm throughout the entire event.
What is the maximum number of particpants that may attend?
Depending on the package you choose, we can accommodate up to 1000 participants per day. The maximum number of participants on the course at any given time would be 30-40.
What is the skill level required?
Our mobile obstacle courses are for all skill levels! Our course is designed to accommodate all ability and fitness levels in a fun and engaging way.
How many coaches will there be?
This will depend on how many participants are participating throughout the day. We often have 2-3 ninja coaches facilitating but can add additional coaches if required for larger groups.
How are you ensuring our safety?
All of our coaches are first aid certified and have been trained on how to properly set up the equipment and safety matting. All coaches communicate rules and obstacle safety demos at the beginning of day to minimize the risk of any injuries. As well, all coaches have undergone criminal record and vulnerable persons checks.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so anytime up to 1 week before your booking date for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 1 week period before your booking, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and you will receive a partial refund minus the fee.
Can I reschedule my booking?
If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we can help you do that anytime up to 72 hours before your booking day at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 72 hour period before your booking, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.
What is the inclement weather policy?
We are able to set up our obstacle course indoors if you prefer. Should an unexpected weather forecast require us to adjust our normal operating procedure, we can provide you with the following options. We can either reschedule to another date at no additional cost or store your payment as credit for future use. If none of these options work for you, we can process a cancellation which will include a $100 processing fee.
How early should I book?
The simple answer is as soon as possible. Our mobile obstacle course usually book up 3-4 weeks in advance. To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your time slot at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date.
